Shipping and returns

The below Shipping Policies and Return Policies are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and subject to the provisions of the Terms. All terms not defined herein will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

SHIPPING POLICIES

COVID-19 RELATED DELAYS

If your order has shipped but the tracking info has not been updated, please be patient, as USPS has been experiencing delays in shipment processing during the pandemic. In some cases, items may take up to 2 weeks longer than normal to deliver. Once a package has been handed off to USPS for delivery, further updates regarding your order (including status of delivery) are out of our control. We appreciate your patience during these times. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to our support team at support@KINRGY.com.

Shipping Policy

Once your order has been successfully placed you will receive an email confirmation including your order number and shipping method. Please make sure your shipping address is correct as we are unable to redirect goods once they are on route to you.

Most orders are processed within 3 business days and shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. We ship with USPS First Class and Priority Mail, where you can track your goods easily online. An email will be sent to you containing the tracking number once your order has shipped.

Domestic (within the US) orders are usually delivered within 5 business days from the date you receive your shipping confirmation email.

International (outside the US) orders can often take 7 - 28 days to be delivered, depending on your country. We appreciate your patience!

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country's government. Payments of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by any payments made on this site. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to U.S. addresses including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO addresses. International shipping is determined by country, however most countries are included in our DHL shipping rates.

Risk of Loss

All items purchased from the website are transported and delivered to you by an independent carrier not affiliated with, or controlled by, Kinrgy. Title to the items purchased on the Kinrgy website(s), as well as the risk of loss for such items, passes to you when Kinrgy delivers these items to the carrier.

Shipping Costs

Domestic (within the US): 

Standard shipping (1 to 3 business day transit) on all orders. Shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package and the delivery zip code. Please note that order processing may take up to 2 business days after the order is placed for standard shipping.

Expedited shipping is available at a variable rate depending on the weight of the package and delivery zip code. Note that once the package is with the postal carrier, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Information regarding the status of your package can be found in the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.  

International Shipping (outside the US):

Shipping rates and times are determined by the weight of the package and country it is being delivered to. Shipping times vary from 7-28 business days. Note that once the package is with the postal carrier, we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. Information regarding the status of your package can be found in the tracking link provided in your confirmation email.

Taxes

US and Canada:

Applicable sales tax will be charged on merchandise total, where applicable. Taxes are calculated according to shipping destination and itemized on the Order Summary page.

International:

All prices listed for the countries outside of the U.S. are inclusive of VAT, meaning that taxes are calculated and collected as part of the displayed product price and no additional taxes are assessed at checkout.

RETURN POLICIES

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, with tags and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Returns on items eligible for returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

If you received the wrong size/color/product or damaged product and want a refund or to exchange it for another size/color/product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving it. Product must be unworn and unwashed for an exchange or refund.

Follow the below steps to process a return or exchange:

  • Email support@KINRGY.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to return the goods. For all other situations, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.
  • Package the unworn, unwashed items, with original tags, securely in the original product packaging, whenever possible.
  • Affix the appropriate postage on the return package and mail it through your preferred postal carrier.

How will I be refunded?

Refunds for eligible returns are available via store credit. You will be issued a unique code to claim your credits for a future purchase.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Late Returns

Any item returned after 30 days of receipt is not eligible for refund.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that we do not accept returns of intimate apparel, earrings, any personalized or custom-made products, final sale merchandise, or products that are specified as non-returnable in its description, unless they are faulty. Any exceptions to this policy will be listed under product details on the product page. Returns are not allowed on any pop-up shop purchases.
